Matthew is the field engineer in charge of Campbell, Crook, Johnson, Sheridan and Weston counties in Wyoming.
Experience
Working as a civil engineer Matthew developed relationships with owners and clients of numerous projects through the design and construction process. He represented his clients at City council and County Commissioner meetings and accomplished the approval of very political projects. He also worked with special service districts and boards as their contract engineer and recommended projects for acceptance. He has scheduled project time lines and met submittal deadlines. The design and workman skills Matthew acquired give him the ability to step in and help out in any situation. The education Matthew obtained, combined with his experience, allows him to determine the best possible way to get the job done.
Owning and managing his own businesses, Mat learned how to interact and communicate with people. He knows from experience the dedication and hard work it takes to make a small business successful. Through hiring and managing twenty employees in his businesses Matthew learned how to accomplish objectives by using different people from different levels/skills. Since he performed all the bookkeeping and IRS tax reporting for his businesses, Matthew learned essential accounting and financial skills. Besides being enthusiastic Matthew also developed organizational methods, and problem solving abilities necessary to succeed in any endeavor.

Matthew received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering in May of 2002 from the University of Wyoming. He is a Licensed PE in Wyoming.
