Jim Lee

Account & Project Manager



A Colorado Native, Jim graduated from Colorado State University 1986, and was commissioned into the U.S. Army as a second Lieutenant and assigned to 8th Infantry Division, West Germany during the Cold War. He began his 33 years of Soldier service as a young officer serving in multiple Infantry leadership assignments including rifle Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Scout Platoon Leader and Commander. Jim served in every level of leadership including Company to Brigade Command levels, Major Command, Director of Intelligence in Europe and culminated his service as Deputy Commander, Intelligence and Security Command before retiring as U.S. Army, Colonel in December 2016. He transitioned to British Aerospace Engineering-Systems as their U.S. Army Cyber and IT portfolio, Senior Program Manager.  Jim departed Federal Civil Service in 2017 after serving as, Director of Army Cyber Insider Threat Group in the FBI, Foreign Counter Terrorism Task Force, and joined the University of Wyoming’s Manufacturing-Works as the Cheyenne, Regional Account and Project Manager for Southern Wyoming.
