Pro Tips
Who is the "Systems Thinker" in your company?
By nature, only 3% of people are systems thinkers, those who naturally pay more attention to the connections between functional areas than what goes on within those functional areas. Every organization needs a systems thinker. If not the boss, the boss needs to make sure they have a systems thinker on staff on which they can trust and rely.

Do your customers see the benefits to your services or products?
If you cannot convey the benefits of your product or service in writing, you have virtually no chance of selling your offering. Write your offering/benefits, and pass it by 3-5 people, without explaining what your offering can do. Ask the people what is not clear, or what could be improved. Incorporate suggestions, and continue until the people ‘get it’. This will cost you nothing other than your time. Fail fast-fail cheap-get rich.
