After you have a proof of concept-ask potential customers if they would buy that item. Combine this with your marketing concept. Ask if they would spend money on the concept, and how much they would spend – if it offered all of the benefits that you promise. Evaluate the responses to determine if you should go forward with the concept. Fail fast-fail cheap-get rich.
