A fifth-generation Wyomingite, Case was most recently employed in the health care industry by GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. He is a Cheyenne-based businessman with diverse experience in sales, management, business analysis and negotiation. Born and raised in Cheyenne, Case holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UW and is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Cheyenne.
During his time with GlaxoSmithKline, Case educated health care providers on a number of premium pulmonary products, with the primary goal of optimizing sales for the company. He also was a regional peer educator, developing strategic plans with regional teams to drive individual and collective success. He was part of a team that created plans for a new respiratory portfolio that ultimately led to a drug that yielded $1 billion in sales in less than a year.
Before his career with GlaxoSmithKline, he worked for Reynolds Polymer Technology, an innovative plastics manufacturing firm that produces high-quality, glass-like plastic for use in design, sculpture, construction, aviation and aquatics. Traveling extensively, he led a team of 10 independent sales representatives and worked closely with Apple designers to craft up the model of the Apple sign that dons the front of every Apple storefront. Other products produced by Reynolds on which he worked closely include a statue inside the Palazzo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Sea World large mammal tanks and the walkout plank at the Grand Canyon.

Raised in Wyoming and a Graduate of UW with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Michael has amassed over 24 years of Manufacturing experience across multiple industries and geographies. Michael has spent many of those years working on the West Coast while trying to find a way back to Wyoming.
Working for companies like Sun Micro systems, Oracle, and DISH, Michael has MFG experience with High Complexity –Low Volume to Low Complexity – High Volume products, and just about every combination in between. He wrote the Qualification manual to be used on all Hardware products used at Oracle. He was implementing LEAN processes before most companies new what LEAN was. He has saved companies he has worked for 10’s of millions of dollars in process and quality improvements over his years of work.
Now that Michael is back home, he is looking forward to utilizing his experiences to help local Wyoming companies grow, become more efficient, and more profitable. He is ready to listen and see how he can help you utilize the resources that Manufacturing works has available and can provide through the MEP network.

Born and raised on a ranch in Chadron, Tyler comes to us from the great Cornhusker state of Nebraska. Growing up, he has had the opportunity to work in and around the agricultural and mechanical industry, including several years of work as a mechanic, which led him to owning his own Harley that he loves to ride.
Tyler’s mechanical expertise met financial prowess as he earned his B.A in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. In his last position, Tyler worked as an Admissions Representative at Chadron State College, where his passion for talking with people and helping them to succeed became apparent. Now he comes to Manufacturing Works with a fresh perspective in data analysis, innovation, sales, and financial management.

Kevin is the General Manager of Pertech Industries. a privately held U.S. corporation specializing in designing, developing, manufacturing, and selling printing and imaging solutions for banking, money order, point-of-sale, lottery, gaming, and multiple niche markets. Kevin orchestrated the formation of Pertech Resources Inc. by coordinating and implementing an aggressive buy-out with the assistance of multiple economic development entities. Kevin has been with the company for the past 19 years and has over 25 years of engineering and management experience in the aerospace, medical, and financial industries. He received the 2005 entrepreneur award for central Wyoming, 40 under forty award in 2005, and several other achievement awards associated with business and economic development.

A Wyoming native and Graduate from the University of Wyoming with a BS in Business Management. Carson comes from a diverse background of retail management, law enforcement, sales and accounting. His recent experience includes working as a sales rep for the Brown and Gold Outlet in Laramie as well as a rewarding eight years managing federal grants for the Student Educational Opportunity at the University of Wyoming where he helped to provide Wyoming students with the support, experiences and opportunities needed to grow and succeed.
When not at work, Carson can be found enjoying the outdoors of Wyoming or sharpening his woodworking skills. He is excited to bring his experience and knowledge to Manufacturing Works.
